Refund Policy

7-day refund for new subscribers

If you subscribe to a paid Margen plan and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. To request a refund, email support@margen.dalmo.ai with your account email and the reason for your request.

Renewals

Refunds are not available for renewal charges after the initial 7-day window. If you no longer want to be charged, cancel your subscription before the renewal date from your account dashboard.

Exceptions

We may issue refunds outside this policy at our discretion for exceptional circumstances. Contact support@margen.dalmo.ai to discuss your situation.

How to cancel

Cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.
